response to the changing landscape in the real estate marketplace,
Green Door Living came into existence in late summer 2007. Why? Because
our clients care more about buying or selling a house. They want a
Realtor that shares their values. We're different from larger
brokerages of the world - and proud of it.
Our Mission: We are a
down to earth real estate company committed to showing our clients the
health benefits and financial rewards of being green.

Some Talk the Talk...We Walk the Walk
Our office is located along the Art Walk on Tennyson St, in Historic Northwest Denver. The office has quite the story: we retrofitted a distressed 1905 home with green technologies; making it cleaner, more efficient, and ultimately more cost effective. From our large deck made from wheat straw and recycled milk cartons, to our high efficiency lights, toilet, ceiling fans, bamboo floors, and more...our office is a walking museum of eco-friendly technologies.
