Over the last seven years, Kris Andrea has garnished experience in originating a plethora of loan types from FHA and VA to Construction loans to Reverse Mortgages. Kris is licensed in all fifty states and has built his business through repeat and referral clients as well as Real Estate Investors. Kris has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has been trained as a processor, loan officer and underwriter. In addition, Kris has trained and taught courses to beginning loan officers. He is actively involved in the community through numerous volunteer functions and coaching youth sports.
