What an exciting time to be involved in real estate with all the interest in sustainable living! As the "first" real estate broker to join Green Door Living, the first Denver real estate company with all Eco Broker certified agents; I have found the perfect niche. Our firm is devoted to assisting our clients in all areas of real estate; yet has the added advantage of assisting our clients with sustainable choices. Green Door Living has a clear image of environmental issues that relate to transactions, retro-fitting, construction and development. With a background in marketing, environmental consulting, television and film production, my desire has always been to be involved in areas that would help heal the world in which I live. I always keep in mind that one person CAN make a difference. A few years ago I got my Built Green certification and it opened a whole new arena that seems to have FINALLY gone mainstream. Most buyers and sellers really want energy efficiency in their homes and work place - so this field was just a natural progression for me. And my biz is always buzzing. My client base is all over the metro area, and I must say I love my job!
